This was totally expected. There was no contamination of the A sample. Both samples contain the same banned substance.
Just like Ryan said after hearing the news, he doesn't care if he boxes again anyways given the absolute fortune he's already made not just from boxing but also from social media. The joke is on us, the boxing fans and the sport in general since a cheating clown like Garcia was able to get away what he has. Ban him for life and he still has the millions upon millions he made as a result of cheating the system.
If the fight is changed to a NC or ND and Garcia is banned, should his purse also not be revoked? That's like someone being convicted of robbing a bank of millions of dollars without making them give the money back. Like we've seen time and time again in pro boxing, it doesn't make any sense.
