They need a universal agreement between at least the major boxing commissions to deal with PED users first off. Like everyone is doing the same sh^t & there isn't an assortment of outcomes between commissions like there is now. For example like the Benn situation which allowed him to fight in the US despite not being allowed to fight in the UK recently.
Then they need to start cracking down on mfers like in those old school drug dealing days. If you claim innocence & can't prove your innocent your punishment is gonna be worse than if you admit you used & flip on someone in boxing who hooked you up or flip on someone else you know who's used PEDs. Either there was a legit mistake you can prove, you snitch or you are losing 4, 5yrs of your career best case. They need to get more ruthless with weeding out ppl using PEDs.
Thirdly they need someone to step up & do legitimate 24/7/365 testing of any fighters ranked by the 4 main belt groups. They need to get serious about catching PED users like the UFC did like a decade or so ago. Fighters should be far more confident their opps aren't using banned substances to gain advantage.
