dude again comes to my point. The reason Clotteys game plan changed and he was reluctant to throw was because Cotto was countering him and hurting him. Clottey couldnt finish the job cause he didnt wanna get hurt or KOed in doing so.

From rnd 9 through 12 Cotto did not throw a meaningfull combo with bad intentions , Clottey tucked up and looked to pick Cotto off , bad move as Cotto is the superior boxer .

boxing is 99 percent psycological. Its a fight man. Havent you sparred or done any type of boxing before homey?

That lil bit of psycological advantage pushed margarito to run through Cottos shots to deliver punishment from the plaster. Mosley took that away from him and his drive too.So goin into the ring Mosley and Margarito already knew Shane had the advantage. Even Nassin Richardson was skeptical about Margs vs Cotto and believes that he did put something in those gloves. WHen has Cottos face ever looked that busted up? Never not against Clottey or Shane. Both two fighters far superior to Margarito

i think it was the 4th or 5th where margarito defnitely won either of the rounds and took it Shane. But shane was steady and kept flickering his jab to blind margarito and stop his rhythym and then load up the big homeruns. it was fantastic. But be realistic, yea it was domination but Shane doesnt have the best defense even against Margs. He definitely took heat in the fight at certain points in each round in which he would clinch again to stop margaritos rhythm. then bring the fight back to the middle of the ring. But what if he got caught with the plaster fists and was reluctant to clinch cause he was dazed.IT COULDVE HAPPENED MAN. You cant just say it wouldnt have been a possibility cause Margo had him buzzed with a big right .

As for Cotto not taking big shots come on now. He took all of Shane he took all of Clottey even blinded. The plaster had to be the difference, margarito isnt even as strong as those guys

Im sorry big guy , i disagree , yes Cotto takes single shots well , no doubt about that the guy has a good chin thats a no brainer !!!!!

What Cotto doesnt take well is pressure , punches in bunches , Mosley did not apply the type of pressure Marg or Clottey did on Cotto because that is not his style . But you are right he did tag Cotto from time to time .

As for Molsey Marg , as you have stated Mosley played out the game plan to perfection , can you remember seeing Marg ever in a good position to lad a good shot NO , because Shane nullified the space on the inside by driving forwards into Margs chest in the clinch and on the outside just let them hands go all night and beat Margarito to every punch utilising the superior boxing skills and hand speed !!!!!

Yes i have is your aswer ,

99% phsycological i think not , yes phsycology is a big part in boxing but not 99 % !!!!!! , your argument is a fair point and we wont know until we get Marg Cotto 2 , or in the meantime Marg failes to live up to his billing against lesser fighters and then maybe we could say his wraps helped him through .

IMO Marg has Cotto's number , but like i say we wont know until next time , you have a good case with what you have written above though !!!!
