Catterall should have fought in a final eliminator around 2 years ago. Instead he kept on chasing Taylor to the detriment of his own career.

I think it’d be a travesty if a kid with Jack’s ability never wins a world title but he’s over 30 now, and he’s no closer than he was 2 years ago. He’s not the type of guy who’s going to get a voluntary, he’ll have to work his way into a mandatory position.

Nah I’ve got a friends birthday party the same day so can’t make it, not been to a pro fight since Ball-Dogboe tbh, not been too much in the UK though this year with the big Saudi cards.

        You there mate?

          Ah that's a shame, I'm going. I'd have brought you a drink.

Looking forward to it it's the first fight I've been to since AJ-Pulev (I think )

I usually go to at least 5 a year, here or international.

Yeah we’ll have to arrange a meet up at some point.

I’ve found myself going to less and less myself in recent years, still go to quite a few amateur shows mainly just to support some local lads but unless it’s a fight I’m really excited for I just can’t really be bothered half the time.

Would have definitely gone to Usyk-Fury if it was a better location.

              Definitely mate.

Yeah like I say I haven't been to a fight since AJ-Pulev during lockdown. And I only went to that because it was lockdown. Before that the last one I went to was Fury-Wilder 2 I think.

I am going to go to Saudi for one of the big fights at some point soon. I hear it's quite nice over there now it's been more westernized. I have a lot of business in Dubai and go there a few times a year so Saudi is definitely somewhere I want to go and see and would make sense to go when there's a big fight card on.

It’s never really appealed to me, but I will admit the Usyk-Fury atmosphere felt way better than previous fights, so it seems to be going in the right direction.

I feel sorry for you guys. I watched fights in the Olympic auditorium. Stars; intros, celebrities in the crowd. The only bad seats were the corners and thats where the ******** and a lot of extra boxing and such occurred. Jimmy Lennon and a disturbance or two. The good old days.

"Earn"??? Isn't he mandatory to Matias already? He and Hitchins don't really seem to want to fight Matias.
