He definitely sounds like hes the US Teams best bet to do something at the Olympics.

With all these basically professional amateurs its always an uphill battle vs some of these countries that don't have a robust & active pro scene to go towards + well maintained amateur team tho.

I'd like to see an amateur eligibility limit in boxing like other sports have. You can't play college basketball for 10yrs. You shouldn't be able to box amateur at the open/elite level for 10yrs.

Its a lil ridiculous to see these 19-22 year olds fighting these super experienced more physically mature 25-29 year olds. Thats not to say it can't be overcome but you need to be x% better natural skill-wise to beat these guys who got so much time on you ring iq-wise & physicality-wise.
