Lopez came wayyyyyy toooooo confident because he thought this "bum" ( which i think showed a lot of heart and courage) Had nothing to really make him worry. And nobody has said anything about this. But I think a lot depended on Mtagwa's work rate , nothing big , but even when Lopez was trowing Mtagwa wasnt really worried about Covering up , it looked like he didnt care a whole lot about covering from Lopez's punches, And personally i thought he would, Knowing the fact the majority of Lopez's victories have come by way of knockout. But it looked like he didnt give a **** he went in there with no remorse and threw everything he had , and didnt want to cover at all just wanted to hit Lopez , and I dont know if it was his nature as a fighter to do that or the fact that he realized how easy he was landing , but either way, It was Lopez's fault for coming way too confident. Some mention his condition but his condition actually allowed to go that far and take all those shots , And some BIG ONES AFTER THE BELL, A CRITICAL ONE AFTER THE 11TH ROUND BELL. But over all Lopez'z fault , He was looking for a knockout , didnt work the jab , tried to work the body to stop his oponent when he saw he wasnt going to knock him out.
