Comments Thread For: Big Fight Preview - Fury vs Usyk

Tyson Fury nor Oleksandr Usyk have encountered a microscope quite like this before. Tonight, as they collide for the undisputed heavyweight championship, the scrutiny will be as unforgiving as it gets. Though neither fighter will admit it - exuding carefree confidence is very much the order of the day - they will both feel the weight of expectancy on their shoulders to not only win but also to place a mark in boxing history of which the current era - their era - will be forever proud.

well written and I agree with the sentiment - the momentum is with Usyk. I also think that Fury isn't challenged by the sporting achievements as much as Usyk. Fury is more motivated by money and he is more than set for life.

there is no real reason to write anything more about " the fight tonight " it has to be watched it is a marker in both fighters lives and for boxing no matter what happened in the past this is about the fight tonight. Dont hear too many people saying eh not interested dont really matter not a true this or that. This matters and most fight fans are going to dig the hell out of it for as long as it last...........and yea it is personal.

This is the opening sentence: "Tyson Fury nor Oleksandr Usyk have encountered a microscope quite like this before."

We'll have to disagree, therefore, on the well written part.

The feeling here is that Fury is going to use distance in the first half of the fight then proceed to line toward Usyk with his heavy body whenever he can in the second half to make him tired and then take him out in the 10-11R.
