Given Fury's dubious history it could absolutely be miracle pills but generally speaking, a proper keto diet (which is great because one can eat virtually unlimited amounts of permitted food) routinely works wonders.

Ricky Hatton did it all the time, Kell Brook also used it to great effect after the machete attack & subsequently between the GGG and Spence fights (when he wasn't actually fat, just needed to strip every last ounce of fat to get back to welter).

Mula - he doesn't need pills to lose 5% or so of his body weight in 3/4 months - he couldn't spa after the cut so he most likely just used the time to get fitter.

He barely trained for Ngannou and got embarrassed. I said the day after that fight, he will come in to the Usyk fight better prepared than he has been in years. He wants to make a statement.

I see Usyk winning a few rounds early on in boring rounds. Fury aims for Usyk's body and by RD 5 Usyk is backing up. Fury keeps him on the end of the jab with some heavy body shots here and there. Usyk aims for the cut and opens it up middle rounds. Fury hurts Usyk badly late rounds and stops Usyk with a body shot.

Who’s the idiot when wrote this? Fury was a fat boy last fight out. He needed to loose 30 pounds. Should have never let himself get that heavy period. Boxers should always be close to their TRUE fighting weight.
He will be much lighter in his feet this fight and more accurate.

The worst prediction I hear is that this will be a boring fight, absolutely not. Never been bored by an Usyk fight.

He's trying to give Usyk a fighting chance. Middleweight vs middleweight.

Seriously though, being fat and slow wouldn't help him against Usyk.

In fact, those epic wars agains Wilder might be taking its toll on the colorful 6’ 9” Briton champion. That’s why, to me, this fight is 50-50. The one who makes the first mistake, getting caught in a counter (likely), would pay dearly as not warriors can deliver brutal force in their blows. Usyk has already fought bigger men of power and excellent boxing skills, such as Joshua, clearly outboxing him. oleksandr is no stranger at all to a battle of this caliber, and he has come on top. Why not again, against a diminished and lighter Fury? Are the best years of Tyson Fury in the rear-view mirror? That could well be. Is Usyk in his prime, enjoying his best years as a prizefighter, owing experience married with physical prowess? It really seems so. Despite disappointments and controversies, the sport of boxing can still treat fans with beauties like this fight. Honestly, I like both, but I see Usyk having a slight (very slight) advantage, mainly because of his seemingly superior fitness. Because on boxing skills and ring IQ they are perfectly even. It’s gonna be one heck of a battle, a battle for not only the u disputed belt, but also for legacy and a future induction into ann HOF. Mat the best man win! #FuryUsky #undisputed
I still think Fury has enough left. He uses his size and weight to his advantage. I see him tiring Usyk out and hurting him in the later rounds. Fury by decision or late stoppage.

Look for Usyk to try to keep Fury turning, moving in and out at angles and go to the body, heavy, and Fury to hold, lean, shove, punch to the ears in the clinch and uppercut. Fury would be foolish to go southpaw against Usyk but he might be arrogant enough to try it. The ref will play a huge role struggling to keep Fury clean, but will he be forceful, will he penalize Fury as he should, early, to keep control of the fight? Can Usyk get Fury's respect? He has to hurt Fury's body, and again, the ref must NOT let Fury pull his trunks up to his armpits. In a fair fight I believe Usyk can win. If Fury is allowed to "expand" the advantages he already has, Fury may be too much for him.
