Aside from Barrera...I say Morales has done everything he can do at 130 and would probably be able to handle 135 where there are great fights there for him.

I would pick Morales over Juan, Julio, Freitas, Elder, and Lazcano...
Casa would trouble him with slickness, Castillo with physical size, and Corrales with height and power...
Morales/Barrera IV could be interesting, but I don't think it is needed...at least not right now...though B beating EL T and El T beating the man that destroyed B makes for an appealing IVth fight...
