I think Shakur would actually fight and not run in this one
It would be a great fight imo

He barely pressured or cut the ring on lower class fighters, not sure what he can do so much better against Lomachenko. I noticed Loma doesn’t fear fighters without a powerful punch, and as long as he starts and takes risks early Shakur will look outclassed like Teo and Haney in their last rounds. Loma wins this fight and the Tank fight.
