No, I disagree. They should disqualify him and revoke his boxing license permanently and universally. For his actions, He should never be allowed to compete inside of another prizefighting ring again.

If that were the case then there wouldn’t be a sport of boxing. I hate to break your heart but unless a fighter is enrolled in VADA 24/7!and PERMANENTLY enrolled then he has, is, or is thinking about doing it. They ALL have done it period end of story

The result being changed to a win if/when the investigation proves Ryan cheated would be worse on Haney's record than a loss. Too much controversy on this, just make it a NC and they can fight again.

You gonna really be butt hurt when this comes back as nothing. His small amount has been cleared. If B sample is tested and same level then win stands. Only if it comes back hire above allowable will they do something.
