There is no such thing as ****** name. It’s either Arabic or Hebrew name.
There over 10 million Arab *********s with names that many erroneously assume to be ******.

Also, switching names is not part of the shahada, most Imams recommend it but that’s about it.

While Ramadan is obligatory, there are stipulations or conditions that can allow you to not keep fast. A very simple one is traveling. One dors not need to observe their fast. They can pay it after Ramadan. The other can be because of one’s job. This is precisely what Devin has done. It’s allowed.
