Eh, I don't think he really does it on purpose. He throws a lot of body punches and his accuracy isn't always perfect, sometimes his shots land on or around the belt, sometimes even lower.

The only one really bad one is Judah, and since he really has not done it since (atleast like that and has been in trouble since) it was probably a mistake although those were some wicked low blows.
