Can you honestly sit there and tell me the ref was protecting Haney?

That ref was payed off 100% as was the one judge. Unfortunately for the Haneys they thought one payed off judge and ref would be enough.

It's all quite confusing. Why would they initially say that Garcia tested positive for Nandrolone, then say a few days later that he's clear of it?

Garcia saying he was high af entering the ring vs Haney. It's hard to see this guy going far in the sport with his bad attitude and habits.

If Haney paid off anyone, he should demand a refund!

This thread is ridiculous and really long.

This is a matter of integrity. Ryan showed he had none coming in heavy.

given he has proven not to have integrity, he also pisses dirty. Why are people defending him or giving him the benefit of the doubt?

anybody defending or supporting Ryan is everything wrong with USA 2024.

this is what I mean.. I was behind Ryan until he came out and started saying he did it on purpose to come in over the weight to get an advantage.. he should have just kept his mouth shut.
Everyone needs to remember that Devin Haney offered Ryan Garcia the opportunity to come in overweight. Haney literally brought the subject up and negotiated for $500k/lb at the press conference before the weigh-in. Haney, his team and the fans can't complain.

Ryan is a lying, cheating dirtbag. While he was inflicting damage on Devin, he had sh..t in his system, period.
Having said that, in my opiniom based on observation, Devin hasn't really made any technical improvements under his father. He's a guy who trains hard and is usually the more fit guy as far as cardio goes. But skill-wise, Devin hit a plateau a long time ago. In fact, he may have regressed under his father, Bill. No disrespect to those guys. I like Devin a lot. I just feel like he needs correction and improvement that his father seems unable to give him. Devin if you read this, at the elite level, small details matter. You need a trainer who really knows the finer points and science of boxing IF you want to continue to improve as a fighter. I'm not saying sack Bill completely. Maybe Bill is important in different ways. But bring in someone who can add to what you've learned so far
