Another boring points win for Dawson. Glen is too old now, I thought it became obvious when he fought Judah a while back. I'd love Glen to win, though.

Johnson is pretty much telling the truth about how it is at least highly possible that Dawson will try to turn this fight into a borefest. As soon as he started to try that in the last fight the crowd started booing and Dawson to his credit stood on the inside more and traded. I don't have a problem with the way that Dawson fought Johnson in the last fight. I just can't understand why every fucking judge had it scored 116-112 in Chad's favor. To me, a draw is the most generous you can get. Because there is a good case of making the 10th round 10-8 in Glen's favor, and everytime I watch that fight I have it 7 rounds to 5 for Glen easily. A lot of Dawson's punches were ineffective because it seemed like a lot of them were hitting nothing but gloves.

The wide scores is why Glen Johnson has every right to say it was a crooked decision. And he is right about having the attitude of the judges being crooked in the rematch as well. They have been chosen by Jose Sulimain. Hopefully Johnson carries that attitude in the ring and KOs Dawson. The reason why this fight is happening is because HBO wouldn't let Dawson ***** out. He tried to go down to 168.

A lot of people seem to be writing him off and I don't know why. He didn't look as bad as people say when he fought Daniel Judah. He just had to deal with a guy who was constantly on the move.

Umm, and this guy wanted to fight Calzaghe.

Tarver and Johnson were the top LHW's of the division.

Hopkins didn't want any of Dawson.

Cloud finally fought his first name opponent in a past prime Clinton Woods.

He had no other choice, plus everyone was asking for Tarver vs Dawson I, and Dawson vs Johnson I.

The winner of Pascal-Diaconu II, or Jones-Hopkins II would be the next logical opponent for Dawson if he happens to get by Johnson. And you know it's most likely going to be the winner of Jones-Hopkins because HBO will offer more money for that fight. Then down the line he can fight Pascal/Diaconu.

Well that's what he'll be facing against Dawson. I think Chad's improved quite a bit. Nevertheless, Johnson is the truth machine at 175. Can't say you've been tested until you handle him. This is not a gimme fight by all means. Given that it may be Johnson's last chance, I expect him to go all out.

Forgot to mention the boxing public were all crying for Dawson to give Johnson a rematch.

It's really not Dawson's fault that the big fights of the LHW division are all in there 40s. Excluding Pascal-Diaconu who i would love to see face Dawson.
