Every time Tikei punches, Maloney covers up and doesn’t throw a single punch. That’s his best chance. Watch the exchanges, Maloney doesn’t throw a single punch when Tikei is throwing. His corner needs to tell him to throw with Tikei. Tikei opens himself up when he throws. His chin is there.

Maloney is either leading the dance, or he's following. Takei is taking enough risks that he's open for counter-punching.

Can Takei make it to the end? Looks tired.

I think he will. Maloney isn't landing enough punches. Takei just has to be more offensively responsible.

Takei has lost some steam in those punches making Moloney take more chances where his experience is winning him the rounds now.

Maloney should punch just the body rd 10. Give himself a chance to stop him late.

                  otherwise hes gonna lose imo

If Maloney and his corner had higher ring IQ, they could take advantage of that by just allowing Tikei to come forward and time him while he’s tired. I don’t think Maloney is fighting with a good gameplan and he and his corner aren’t making any adjustments as the fight goes. Maloney for some reason refuses to punch with Tikei, time him with something. 0 punches thrown when Tikei is throwing.

It’s as if he’s following a written rule that you can’t punch with your opponent. You have to take turns punching.

Maloney and his corner aren’t making any adjustments at all.
