Personally I'd go Loma-Kambosos vs Shakur next, then let Shakur defend the IBF against Zepeda, and then if still around make Shakur-Nava.
That's what they're gonna do (according to Shakur), and that's exactly why he's ready to bounce! Shakur has been chasing Navarrette for years, and couldn't get the fight! Then he turns to Loma, and Loma decides to fight Kambo instead! So now he's pissed, and I don't blame him! Bad enough he can't get the BIG FIGHT, which is Tank, but to have to beg for Loma or Navarrette, after begging for Valdez for years, is very disrespectful!!!

Shakur would be an absolute star if Arum did what was right instead of protecting guys.
      " Absolute Star " ???

      Thanks for the laugh buddy.
      I needed it.

Maybe that explains PBC using Regular Davis' X account to lure Shakur by falsely promising him a fight against Davis.

You don’t think if he had the Valdez win earlier and the Loma win he wouldn’t be a star now?

          Come on dude.

Shakur doesn't want to fight. He'll probably sign with PBC so he only has to fight once a year. He's a boring little thug wannabe.

If Arum gave him the best opponents hed stay.

He should be fighting Loma this weekend. After dominating him, he should get Navarette assuming he wins the next week.

Instead its this BS, then having to wait for the Lima v Navarette winner.

Exactly! How is he supposed to come up fighting De Los Santos and Frank Martin's leftovers? Add insult to injury, Frank Martin "Ghosted," Shakur, and got the Tank fight! I know that hurts!

Shakur can go to Jesus the Promoter, it still won't get him the payday size that he's envisioning. Promoters are not in the business of losing money and with Shakur's propensity to stink up the joint, he is a promoter's nightmare. Loma, Navarette and all those other guys move the needle and they 'll naturally get the push. When Shakur fight a Los Santos and put on that kind of performance, well that doesn't help his case. Hearn will sign him and he 'll get a bit of a raise but if his performances don't become explosive, he 'll be right back in the same boat.

Part of it is that Shakur is very good, so guys are swerving him, but if Top Rank made the right offer, maybe he could've gotten a deal? Either way, they haven't been able to get him good fights, IN-HOUSE, so I think he goes! His whole, "I'm gonna retire" thing was because he believes the winner of Loma vs. Kambo, fights the winner of Navarrete vs. Berinchyk!
PBC hasn't been able to get Canelo vs Benavidez in house, one of the biggest fight in boxing. Loma will fight Shakur next or retire on the winning side.

So TR should just pick up the bill for the opponents whilst overpaying Stevenson who is a proven "non draw?

Doesn't sound like the smartest business plan.
