This is nothing short of criminal intention to cause harm by Ryan Garcia, and he did do that to Devin Haney.
This psycho (Ryan) be banned from boxing, be brought up on felony assault charges, and if found guilty be incarcerated.
Then have his purse, and winnings confiscated. The same thing should to every combatant in combat sports who wants to intentionally cause harm to their opponents.
