p4p it is very close, but IMO im gonna say rjj. and its not "even close" like others are saying, pbf is right there with him. but rjj wins.

RJJ was much faster than Floyd in both hand a foot. I doubt Floyd could jump in throw a quadruple left hook and get out without having to defend himself in the pocket.

I never saw Mayweather has having exceptional hand speed, very good hand speed but not exceptional, what he does have though is exceptional reflexes. I think you have to differentiate between the two things because there is a difference imo.

I give Mayweather the better reflexes than RJJ. I disagree floyd's hands are definitively exeptional when you look at him let go of that straight right it accelerates better than anybody in the game right now. Even shane when he sits down on his punches.
