Good news but could have just used more resistance on a treadmill, assuming that they are using it already with less resistance.

Pac should just keep swimming.. it trains your whole body not just your legs and lungs.

How about Pacman making a breaststroke instead of a right hook, butterfly stroke instead of left straight, freestyle instead of uppercut? Freddie can have Michael Phelps instead of JL Castillo. The fight can be moved from 20 foot ring to 20 foot swimming pool for diving. If it is on 22 foot then Manny will (box) snorkel.

IF Pacman looses they will not blame the rain, but they will blame Cotto rather! LOL! :-D

I agree with the highlighted BUT there are regimens that are specifically designed for boxing and im not sure if swimming is one of those. Normally, they used this as alternative or for rehabilitation.
