..YURIORKIS GAMBOA: Could He Have Swept This Weekend?...

This weekend, we saw Israel Vazquez struggle, but win. Jorge Linares get killed. Juan Manuel Lopez win, but get worse then killed, in some ways.

The question I have is; Could Gamboa honestly be the guy that could beat all three of those guys? He's young, talented, fast and strong and there's little doubt that he'll get better as his career progresses.

    What do you ****ers think?

    Vote... discuss.

I think Gamboa wins against all three honestly with how they fought this weekend. Vazquez was very rusty and I think he could have decision Israel this weekend. Prime Vazquez gets to Gamboa though. Juanma didn't look great, but not awful. Maybe it was weight drained. I just have always thought Gamboa beats him. Linares was rusty too I think from being so inactive. He needs to fight more. I think Gamboa may have KO'd him or gotten a decision.

Lopez had the worst fight out of the three of them. He showed that his defense was ****, I'm sure he'll improve upon that from now on. I think Gamboa probably beats all three but I like Vasquez so I refuse to vote for him.

Probably Jorge only. If you base it on just this weekend, then yes to all 3.

But I believe, that near-loss for Juanma would be great for him as he got the win even though he struggled. It shows he has that tremendous will to survive and will only benefit him in the future. Based on his fights, Gamboa does not have Mtagwa's chin.

As for Izzy, I will just account it to rust, and favor him over Gamboa. idk honestly know how much the trilogy took from him. Looking at his last fight, it may really have taken too much from him. Hope he makes one more great run.

It is kinda interesting to see that the guy whos been knocked down most, recently out of the four has the best chances of getting the win over the other three. Perhaps, anyway.

Gamboa doesn't need the best chin on the planet if ppl can't even hit his chin.

Very few beatings are learning lessons in boxing. The reason is that the damage taken will always surpass the lesson learned. I thought people would know that by now...

He has been tagged far often than I could care to count. I don't knock him off because he always gets the win. But it just shows that his chin is just around average. Care to refute?

If he gets hit so much how come he wins almost every single round in almost all his fights?
