I don't see the issue in Haney keeping the belt. If opponents come in over than belt is no longer on the line, why would he lose it even with an L when the fight isn't vs someone at 140 anymore. Guess he'll have to fight mando Martin next.
Has anyone got examples of where an opponent came in over weight against a champion and won. What organisation was the belt, and what was the result (champ kept the belt / or vacant) apart from Corrales Castilo
