Dulorme? Is that a fight people want to see? That would be enough to get him a title shot?

What constitutes a title? Here in the UK British, Commonwealth & European are prestigious, sadly yanks don't have that!

Not only did Crawford knockout Dulorme 9 years ago, but this fight between Ortiz and Dulorme is pure garbage.
Dulorme has lost 3 of his last 4 fights, one of those was a first round knockout to Jarron 'Boots' Ennis.
Although all of those losses were to quality fighters, they are losses none the less, so why is Ortiz fighting an opponent who's on a losing track?
The only bright spot on Dulorme's record was also a loss to Yordenis Ugas.
Whom he should've gotten a majority point's win against, but for 2 points being deducted for low blows.

Don’t understand the thinking behind this fight
Ortiz needs to fight but not like this

World titles are more prestigious than those, and to Americans the goal has always been a world title. Anything less just won’t do.

"I really want to fight the best." (Except for Crawford, Ennis, Charlo, Tszyu, Fundora and Zayas)

His career is sad. Dulorme is a journeyman natural jr. welterweight punching bag and has never fought above 147.

That’s the worst part about it
Never having a fight over 147
