i can't argue with those that say the ref could've stopped the fight, cause he really could have. juanma got lucky that round, not only did the ref decided to let the fight continue but for some reason mtagwa (fatigue and stamina were part of it) couldn't find a way to finish him off.

Juanma is very lucky the 12th wasn't 30 seconds longer, the ref was about to jump in and wave it off.
