It seems to be a final eliminator scenario. Cissokho won the Silver belt in 12/2022. Crowley does have a IBF title shot waiting for him............

His resume don't look bad. I don't think I've seen him fight before so can't speak on his chances but looks like he has live dog potential on paper.
