Neither will Floyd Mayweather. At least Freddie Roach and Arum are saying that he is one of the front runners to land the fight. Floyd on the other hand is saying all this crap about Mosley and talking about how the fight will never happen. That's what you call not touching someone with a 10 ft pole.

Can you imagine Floyd last 4 - 5 fights against smaller fighter when you have the Cotto, Mosley and Margarito of your division.

Man if I cud find my post from another topic I said Cotto wud catch him wit a left hook to the head come down to the body and end the fight. But, since May did wat he did to JMM and JMM sayin that he knows May will pick apart PAC I've leaned a lil more toward Cotto also, but I think they both can win this fight in a fashion that can call for a rematch. Now that wud kill the Cotto vs May and May vs Pac talk but thats jus how I see it. To sum it up I wud bet watev to whoev that Cotto wins this fight.

Great minds think a like i guess. haha. And i agree with u on the fact that theres going to be a calling for a rematch. I think this fight is going to be very entertaining. I can see the momentum changing 3,4, or even 5 times in the bout.

They're mentioning SSM as a negotiating ploy. If you do some research you'll see that Roach (I believe or someone in their camp) has already admitted that SSM was a bad fit Pac. If they ever fight SSM they're going to demand a ridiculous catch weight of 140 (some weight SSM never made in 10 years a la ODLH; like someone else said if they're forcing Cotto to go to 145 what makes you think they will fight SSM at 147?)
not mentioning Floyd and SSM (although it would be a good fight)
we don't need to talk about the toothache incident again.
For the record I hope and pray Cotto beats pac man; this way we can see Floyd vs a legitimate WW. (Floyd vs Cotto)
If PBF fights Pacman all we're going to hear is more floyd haters talking about floyd fighting smaller fighters. (But if they would do their research they would see that was prolly only the case in 2 fights over his 40 fight career)

OK, either way we are on the same page. If you're going to claim P4P and move up in weight...then do just that. I know this is gone start a lot of stuff but when FMJ fought DLH he moved up to that weight class there was not a catch weight, so say what you want about him being a ducker, handicapin ur oponents is jus as bad. Something is telling me that Arum is giving Cotto a nice bit of side money to blow his match with Pacquaio. Everything is about Pacquaio's future after the fight...something just doesn't feel right. I hope I'm wrong and Cotto plows through Pacman and end the hype
