Bozy stated that Barrios/Ennis would've allegedly been on March 30th, but Barrios' girl is pregnant. Yet Barrios winds up as the co-main on the Canelo card.

Maybe Barrios would have fought him but I feel stronger that Stanionis would have. It doesn't look good that Barrios is fighting wks after the proposed date tho.

Bozy was the one who broke the news Fig's sister was pregnant with Barrios' kid oddly enough lol. Barrios & Fig's sister didn't post about it til like last wk or some sh^t.

I'm not saying to believe everything he says without question. In this particular instance, what he's saying sounds plausible.

So you think he made up Barrios & Fig's sister were having a kid & then Barrios & Fig's sister decided to have a kid after he had said it?

Look I believe no one 100%. And I suspect the bts business part of boxing is sketchier than we think it is & the offers got more "if that then this" type sh^t that can make a one fight deal last yrs. And I think Bozy is horrible at the business of boxing cuz no one good at boxing business would have aligned with a promoter without a TV deal (Dunkin) as far as Boots was in his career with as much potential he has if they were. But some of this sh^t is super basic & not that complicated & there is no reason for guys with bigger names than Boots to fight Boots til it makes $$$ sense so some of this sh^t is easy to add & subtract or see when sh^tty offers or never ending deals were sent regardless of stances on the volume of sh^t they are carrying.

If Cody turned down 300k for Boots & hes getting $200k for this French guy, he could lose to also, I don't think its too crazy to think Eddie could make the same or a better offer to Cody for Boots now.

The thing I like about Eddie is he doesn't bs too much with making fights. He keeps you active & is usually moving you up to the best opp & a lot of times too good of an opp cuz he gets more of his guys beaten than any other major promoter. Which will be a plus for Boots regardless if Cody is or isn't next. The fact Boots is 8yrs into his career, just got a belt finally & his best opp is probably Villa is a indictment against the sh^tty way things move in boxing if you aren't aligned with major players as a major talent.

I'd argue the activity was the main reason. Sh^t Rey Vargas & Wilder are PBC guys & they got on Saudi cards. I don't think Eddie is the gateway to Saudi $$$. Obviously it improves your chances but thats about it.

Boots has had 4 fights in 4 yrs & there is no reason to think he'd be more active if he had signed with Haymon. That to me was likely the bigger issue, but I look forward to him explaining it which I'm sure we will eventually since Eddie actually promotes guys which is what Boots needs rn to boost up his appeal with fans.
