    Can Solis make an impact?

Thats what I was wondering as I saw that he had disposed of Barrett in 2 rounds. But what struck my eye is that he weighed 122 kg or 271 pounds doing it. Is it just me or is that just too much for his size??

Still, he obviously is dangerous and has got the tools to become a threat to any of the current champions.

Nope, I hope this mother***er gets KTFO soon for dissing his fans like that. But yeah, he is very dangerous because of his skills and speed (even for such a big piece of shiet) but he won't pass through any champ. He would be unbelievable good at 220-230, but it won't happen. He'll probably come at 280 for his next fight...

As much as I would like to see an obese person win a championship, he needs to drop some weight for when he gets deep in fights with guys that don't lay down.

It almost seems like he's starting to rely on his power more and more to bail him out of lack of training and that is suicidal against the best.

He is pretty skilled and crafty, but the more he weighs the more one-dimensional he gets.

I will always root for him simply because he's fat, but he could slim down quit and bit and still look obese (which is cool).

He's not giving himself the best chance to win.

Well people should just throw the weight issue out the window now. He came in at 271...no way he is ever going to get down from. I think he'll either stay around 270 or keep on going up. So I mean why debate his weight. It will obviously catch up to him. But there is no way he'll be able to get down to even 250 or less. I don't see it happening at all.

He could make an impact if he lost weight.

At 270 + pounds, he will gas after a few rounds and get KOed if he ever fights a prime top ten heavyweight.

The Klitschko's would just wear him down and then pummel him late with his current training.

I think Solis is starting to fall in love with his power at the sake of his training.

I don't believe that at all. His highest before this was 262. And this was a tv fight.

I truly don't think 250 is hard for him and it gives him a chance to succeed.

But it's just not gunna happen. I don't see him getting down. I mean maybe he could but it won't be below 250.

I just don't think his weight matters to him.

                    Ha. maybe.

I will still root for the fat guy even if he baloons up.

I just can't believe someone says they trained the hardest and comes in even bigger. Just incredible to me.
