Andy Ruiz possibly fighting in August, but against who?

It is also rumored to be for 10 rounder in Saudi Arabia or United States, who will he fight now that he is out of the rankings despite being recognizable draw, will he fight a Jarrell Miller? Or a ranked opponent like Frank Sanchez?

Did he ever get in shape is what I wonder, he seems to have not fought since beating Ortiz which was a while ago.

If you mean if Ruiz ever physically got in shape, then no. Though being as fat as he is, it never affected his handspeed and stamina, he gave up after realizing that focusing on changing his physique rather than focusing on fighting due to underestimating Arreola backfired on the guy. So switching a fight camp to a fat camp without dropping much weight seemed like a waste of time, even if he got more bulk out of it than fat.

When he focused his training more on his opponent he faired better with a declining but strong Luis Ortiz, he had trouble with the Cuban's southpaw stance since most of the modern ranking heavyweights use a Orthodox stance, so they got often tangled and caught with a overhand. Still Ruiz won convincingly 7-5 dropping "King Kong" 3 times. In this fight he was even fatter than when he fought AJ the first time.

So if he fights next time, we likely see him with the same body shape or worse, not sure if it will affect his conditioning in any way.
