Sorry bro but Mcalman did nothing but hug the last 5 rds and Diego just allowed it and smothered all his work

Good test for Pacheco . Not sure who they’ll look to fight next. Maybe Steven Nelson ?

Wouldn’t mind seeing McCalman vs Trevor McCumby Or Darius Fulgham

I don't think he's that good to be honest. He doesn't force the pace enough, waits too much, among other things. Decent technical fighter , good size but meh.

Pacheco not ready for the top guys yet, maybe Matchroom throws him in with a guy like Quigley or Murdock next. They should hope to get a final eliminator with Bazinyan in the near future. Should be a good learning fight for Pacheco though.

McCalman was tricky and awkward, I'd like to see him fight Steven Nelson, he'll be a good gatekeeper at this weight imo

Absolutely, if he fixes his stance a bit he can really fix the other stuff easily.

Because McCalman is that awkward and experienced. Not every every fight can be a dominating performance or comeback.

He was exposed a bit here because the other guy had him thinking a bit. Credit to him that was able to adjust a bit and had the ability to do so but he has some stuff to work on. I am not as impressed but McCalman's style and toughness has a lot to do with it, he made the fight ugly.

Main event next, I think Hitchins will be too skilled and talented and be able to box his way to a win, but man I ****ing LOVE Lemos. I'll be rooting for the Argentine, he's a tank with a fun style

I'm not giving up on Diego because I know he has the skill and tools to become champ just wanted to see a bit more urgency next time to let his hands go.
