Atleast Mtagwa hurt his opponenent, not mediocre fights like Mayol did.

I don't know about Mtagwa being any kind of a measuring stick for fighters. He lost a shutout decision to Billy Dib.
Lopez should give him a rematch if anything. He could show that he is able to make improvements.
