Tim Tszyu had a chance to fight Charlo but took step aside money to allow Charlo to rematch with Castano

Tszyu was supposed to fight Charlo after but Charlo got injured.

Tszyu was supposed to fight Thurman but Thurman got injured so he fought Fundora who is a completely different style

After winning the first 2 rounds Tszyu gets cut by a Fundora elbow and his corner doesn't ask the Dr to stop the fight. Would've either been a Tszyu win or NC.

Doesn't seem like they had a written rematch clause in the contract

Seems like Tszyu would've fought Thurman and Spence and probably have beaten both Now he may have to go straight to Crawford or back in the back of the line.

To think, if things played out like planned he'd have smashed the inactive injury prone career 147lber for his name sake but its bad luck and alot more balls than brains in this scenario.

Tim used his head to ram Fundora's body, in return an elbow guarding that body did it's job and blocked tim's head, then he start eating jab aftet jab with an occasional left hand without making any adjustments, like coming in with a high guard and get the fight into the trenches. I wonder if this wasn’t PBC’s first , if the ref would of intervened and stopped the fight
Tszyu saved the day , hoping that PBC returns the favour
Imo , any other time , this fight would of been stopped and let’s just say we’ve seen fights being stopped for way way less

Fundora is all class and gotten huge respect by giving the belt back to Tsyzu

Tszyu lost the fight and a lot of blood. Really ****** move not stopping the fight. I hope he comes back, he could be ruined already.

He never took any punishment in that fight. He was fine post fight you could see the issue was the blood covering his eyes. There will be a rematch next confirmed already by fondura's promoter.
