Timmy will never be the same again. shame his family ran him into the ground in this low IQ scenerio. This was just as bad as Kell Brook vs GGG. That beating was as bad as Maidana on Broner. You will never be the same again after something like that.

He didn't have to fight 10 rounds with that axe wound on his head. By the 6th round, he lost 2 pints of blood. You can clearly see his legs were gone and his fully wound punches bounced off the glass jaw of Fundora.

Meanwhile he's lightheaded and diminished, taking 200 flush shots from a 6'6 lanklet bouncing his head like a basketball.

He is damaged goods moving forward.

A big factor in this kind of thing is a fighter taking a long break to heal properly. It's when they do ****** crap like take another fight way too soon or go way down or up in weightclass all of a sudden is when things go wrong very quickly.

His teams eyes were too big for their stomachs.

Tszyu was on a run, but he hadn't been anywhere near top-level guys and had been dropped twice by mediocre boxers.

I was betting on Keith upsetting him.

He's in a really bad position now because he's a little old to be starting over fighting soft touches in Australia, but going straight back to Fundora is dangerous as hell.

when you take a sustained beating like that you will NEVER recover. It's much worse than being 1 punch KOed.

Remember Ibeabuchi vs David Tua? Both of those guys came out not the same. Ibeabuchi legit went insane. Neither were knocked down as well. Just repeated dribbling of the skull is much worse.

Tims had a dream run I didnt think he took a beating, Fundora doesn't punch real hard if anything Tims confidence has taken a hit, but Tim has sustained no damage at all compared a guy like Oscar Valdez and many other that have been in countless wars, Tims fight was pretty mild as far as hard damage is concerned.

Maybe he will, maybe he won't. Plenty of guys have had brutal fights that didn't end their careers at all, the point is he should atleast do the right thing and heal. It's different for everybody, and combat sports fans shouldn't assume these hardened tough guys are made out of fragile paper. Every fighter who has a tough fight is 'finished' nowadays.

Too much fear and jumping-the-gun in this thread. Tim didn’t get beat down at all—he actually did great considering the cut. Did he lose a lot of blood? Yes. If he damaged goods for going 10 rounds with that cut? Hell no.

                  Hella reaching going on here.

Lol relax.. He got hit by a ton of jabs but not really too many power punches and Fundora not exactly a murderous puncher.

He got exposed as a fighter that probably won't be a top p4p talent but that wasn't no career altering fight. His confidence likely shaken but a few months off and he'll be physically back to 100%.

He wasnt taking shots from Golovkin lol.

Pacquiao was in a dozen more grueling wars than that fight and he was fine. I guess it depends on the fighters mental toughness.
