Why is Hank Lundy suspended by NYSAC?

Was just checking his boxrec and at the top it says he's suspended by New York State Athletic Commission indefinitely. Can't find any articles about it or anything and was curious what it was about. Did he fk up or are they trying to protect him from fighting or something?
