Australian boxing superstar Tim Tszyu and all-action super welterweight sensation Sebastian "The Towering Inferno" Fundora went face to face for the first time on Thursday, at a media workout before they meet for Tszyu's WBO and the vacant WBC 154-pound world titles headlining a PBC Pay-Per-View event available on Prime Video Saturday, March 30 (Sunday Mar 31 in Australia) from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Massive credit to Tszyu as Fundora is an insanely different fight to prepare for compared to Thurman on such short notice - how do you even find sparring partners to replicate Fundora? They’re all heavyweights! Fundora has huge advantage given similarities between Bohachuk so doesn’t need to shift whole gameplan.

Tszyu doesn’t need to take these kinds of risks but shows he has mentality thats missing from most of the fighters chasing money over respect to fans / legacy. Especially considering the dog bite with 26 stitches and fighting Ocampo less than a month later.

He gets hit way too much so not sure about his longevity but he keeps the division alive.

Haha, looks like a redux of Nick Ball vs Rey Vargas!

Yeah, add probably 8" to both of them.

This might be a huge mistake for Tszyu. Fundora is such a problem. A 6'5" non-stop punching machine. Tszyu better start at his body and not stop until the later rounds of a tough fight!

I agree with this statement 1000% If Fundora traps Tszyu on the ropes, Tszyu will get dropped. I really hope that Tszyu works on defense and ducking. Fundora is a better and more challenging opponent for Tszyu that Thurman was.

I wanted to see Tszyu on the road v a name for just about ever. The tower was toppled, but Tszyu might not carry that kind of power. Plus those kind of KOs leave no memory. What count? Tim might have to work for it at least, I want to see him impress. He can be a star, but he needs to step out of a cloud of protection.
