I think it's more of the case that they don't like Benavidez and his team.

David's been more than civil imo. He had plenty of chances to trash Canelo in the post fight interviews after both the Plant and Andrade win but he didn't. I think what we're seeing is him being annoyed and lost for a genuine response whenever he's asked about a fight with David. He knows he's ducking and the way he's trying to play damage control is showing through and through.
