      As far as I know Scottish & Welsh fighters can fight for the Celtic title, aswell as Irish fighters.

        I believe its anyone from the celtic nations so that would include Brittany , Isle of Man and Cornwall as well

          It just seems a bit back to front then, surely the Celtic must be tougher to get. A bit like the British & Commonwealth. IE: 4 countries make up GB, while there's over 50 making up the Commonwealth.
