Poor Spike. Entertaining but limited fighter with charismatic mustache, rose to prominence with a stoppage win over Antoine Douglas. That win nearly got him beheaded in a scrap with Lemieux, bludgeoned down by a bigger Munguia and outclassed by Lara.

He always gave it an honest effort and I enjoyed his fights. I hope he's been able to save some of his winnings.

spike was a character but was always very limited. Never really had anything special but was a good opponent to have for these guys like Munguia,Eubank,lara etc so hopefully hes made some decent money

Was able to watch the Lemieux fight live via PPV... and the theater lit up with applause
as mustache was stomped. He was always average at best, and made way too much
$$ for what little he brought to the table. He actually made way more than Lemieux in
that fight, which was ridiculous. Hopefully he's over and outta the sport completely.
