Those earlier fights were very entertaining for me like this one. Cotto-Torres was great, Cotto-Corley was kind of scandalous, the Paulie fight I realized how tough Paulie is.

It was very entertaining for me too. I think those fights made Cotto the fighter he is today. And, I think tonight fight is going to make Lopez better.

I became a Paulie fan the night he fought Cotto.

Mtagwa is like what Clottey was to Cotto. A man Cotto couldn't hurt and Cotto realized it. He boxed and won the last rounds for a decision victory. Juanma kept slugging with a man he couldn't hurt and paid dearly, almost being KO'd in the last round. Cotto is definitely better right now, but Juanma still has time to improve.

Joshua Clottey is 10x better than Rogers Mtagawa. The only similarities are they are both tough African dudes.

Clottey is a legit threat, top 10 welterweight,a HUGE welterweight, and was a world champion. Mtagawa is just a tough guy brought in as an opponent. They are not even close.
