I was watching the Florida-LSU game, so I don't have a full opinion of the fight. But it's safe to say that JuanMa won 8 rounds, but ran out of gas and almost got KO. Ugly wins for Juanma and the Gators. Great night for me!

    Go Gators!
    War JuanMa!!!

dude i know..... im a HUGE cotto fan but that effort was awesome, to not have any legs or arms that work at the moment but to still be in the right frame of mind to look up at the clock to see how much time was left was great.

Juan Manuel Lopez may have won the decision but Mtagwa was the real winner in my opinion atleast. I've watched him go from a clubfighter losing UD's to mediocrities like Billy Dib, to having an all-out war with Tomas Villa, to almost KO'ing the one of the most hyped prospects in boxing JuanMa Lopez in another FOTY candidate.

Credit to Lopez for surviving the last round but he has some thinking to do after nearly losing to a fighter not thought to be anywhere near his class.

Yeah, Juanma had nothing left and did everything in his power to make it till the end. Much respect, that is what you call heart.

                      I'd agree he has heart.

He didn't fight the right fight though but that really benefitted us as the viewers.

Every fight is different though. Some style match ups just present problems.

Mtagwa has a sturdy beard and a never say die attitude even though he's not the biggest puncher out there, he's pretty game for anyone and seems to be in great shape.

It's weird how reckless JuanMa gets sometimes cuz he has plenty of skill..

                      Props to both guys tonight...
