Why doesn't he go after the belt groups for disrespecting boxing with their rankings & too often corrupt decisons?

Why doesn't he go after PED users & ppl who don't ban or suspend them in a more punishment driven way than they currently do?

Why doesn't he go after these commissions who ok grossly uneven bouts where one guy is 90%+ to lose or won't even attempt to win?

A million other examples of ppl disrespecting boxing in worse ways. Froch should stfu & mind his own business & let boxers do what they want & fans will watch or not watch what they want as they do.

Saying that I'll admit I wish boxing was ran with more seriousness like other sports & someone was looking out for the sport above anything else. But that ain't the world we live in & there are faaaaarrrrrrrrrr more problematic things happening in boxing than two guys agreeing to fight in a bigger than usual with ppl event.

      Lol true.

There is a solid argument Froch doesn't even believe what hes saying here & is just trying to get what would likely be a career high payday vs Jake. Froch has a long history with Jake at this point & believe he has even suggested fighting multiple times over the yrs now. Nothing like consistently talking about the things someone is doing in a negative way to drum up some beef to build up a fight.

Of all the things that disrespect and disgrace the sport, Froch chooses Tyson-Paul?
He seems a little too angry and offended. Almost...fake.

I wonder what he said about Fury-Ngannou, before and after it happened.

I’m with Froch one this one. It doesn’t matter how good Tyson was in his day, a near 60 year old fighter has no business getting in the ring with a young guy. It was shameful when Holyfield tried it, seriously sad to see and only good fortune that he wasn’t properly hurt.

These legends of the sport need protecting from themselves and shouldn’t be granted a license for anything other than exhibition bouts at their age. No way he’d be granted a license in the UK. Too many greedy promoters and tv companies hoping to make a fast buck.

Just imagine a scenario, however unlikely, where Mike is permanently hurt in the ring. It’s boxing. Anything can happen. The dialog about such events in future would change dramatically and everyone arranging this bout would be crucified for ever letting it happen.

mike and rjj got a huge amount of ppv buys for a glorified spar, whos to say this is just not part II of that sort of thing, wheezy mike will be breathing very hard after a round or 2 not even taking account of his age, im sure he has a few hard shots in him & people will watch just incase but it may be a total damp squid at the end, but if youtuber tries to seriously attack mike he will still have that instinct, whether he can do anything about it for a sustained time or a 1 hitter not sure, the latter maybe
