In the ring, it won't matter, but Matias is half right. Haney is a mover, but Ryan is a mess. Drinking and smoking and who knows what. Boxing is all in, 100%, no room for slackers.

Matias is the type of guy that boxing fans will always love, regardless of the era.

Until they fight somebody top class and get beat, then fans wipe them like a dirty ass and move on to their next Superman, fans are attracted to cavemen with clubs, they want to see brains on the floor they don't want to see skills mainly because they understand a KO they don't understand skills.

Ryan has speed and power. Just lacks stability in his life. If he had more discipline and work on his footwork, he would be much better. Haney went after the easiest opponent available.

haney has fought very good opposition so far considering his age, especially compared to the other boxers around at the moment.... the garcia fight was a no brainer, easy nights work, nice payday and raises his profile with casuals
