Sorry for rambling, but now is the time for the kingdom and double excellency Turki Alalshikh to look at getting Francis Vs Jon Jones made.

Wether he gets ufc and PFL to put there big boy pants on and get along like he has frank and Eddie or what, but we need this!!

this is a boxing forum I know. But I’m a all round combat sports fan and that would be huge. Hopefully Jon recovers deals with stipe, Ngannou beat the HW in PFL who earned his shot at Francis and we can get it on (hopefully).

mike tyson was not in his camp this fight, he needed a move yo head a bit more, AJ loves a stationary target for a straight right & ngannou was not up to absorbing or deflecting it

Ngannou said: “I was just on my way, climbing up [the boxing ladder], until I got stopped by AJ. Congratulations, by the way. That was a clean one.”
Yeah well, not much ladder to climb when you start at the top...

It would appear a so called strong chin in the ufc doesn’t mean squat in the boxing world…

If Aj put him to sleep like that with 10oz gloves cant imagine the damage of that same shot but with 4oz mma mits, add the fact francis faced fair share of ufc heavy hitters and was never stopped barely wobbled just once. Joshua a bad man.

Fury embarrassed boxing and gave the MMA guys reasons to disrespect the sweet science. Thank heavens for AJ otherwise...

AJ took a big right on his left boxing glove, using fundamental boxing technique. You heard that *poof* sound. Had that punch landed, who knows? But it didn’t land, because Joshua was on his game…his game. These were two big punchers, but only one of them had sound defensive boxing skills. The right man won. Like practically everyone else here, I’m very happy AJ took Francis out early. No MMA guy should provide even a modicum of competition to a boxing world champion in a ring.
