He called out Benn and Eubank, then when they were calling him trying to set up the fight he was like "What, whos that? This line is bad, i'm sorry i cant hear you" and then never mentioned them again.

This is the equivilant of someone challenging you to a duel at high noon, and then not showing up. You win by forefit.

No one knows that for fact, they have to actually fight in the ring. You can't get credit for not fighting a fighter and just word of mouth that you would win.

For once I agree with you.

You can't challenge fighters, then chicken out and then have your fans say "he would have won anyway" the cowardly actions of Toney must be taken into account when analysing who would have won.
