He never said that he wanted to be number one P4P. But, he has basically said that he is number 1 P4P. I think he even says he is the #1 WW. Is whatever

well when he fisrt came back he said he wanted to take BACK his title at the top, yes he claims hes the best in the business but he knows going off the pound 4 pound listings that Manny has the top spot right now. My thing is he wants to be back on top but doesnt seem to want to be back on top in his weight class

The notion of pound for pound has nothing to do with being number one in your weight class.

Dude makes it seems like p4p is a weight class and some fools run with that. P4P is a money maker and that's his main concern
