Where is Manny's lawsuit against Floyd, Sr? (Steroids)

I haven't heard anything about the lawsuit that Manny was filing about Floyd Mayweather Sr,'s statements that he feels Manny may be juicing.

    Has anyone heard anything?

Boxer Pacquaio threatens suit against controversial trainer

    Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 03:16 PM

A prominent boxer declared his intention to file suit against trainer Floyd Mayweather, Sr for public defamation.

Manny Pacquiao, a Filipino welterweight champion, recently spoke with his lawyers about the possibility of suing Mayweather, Sr for his allegedly baseless claims that the boxer used steroids in his training regimen, ABS-CBN news reports.

Pacquio's coach, Freddie Roach, said of the lawsuit, "I talked to Manny, and I talked to an attorney, and we are all on board here. This is all over the place now that Manny is on steroids, it's defaming his name."

Mayweather, Sr had originally claimed that Pacquiao was using "some sort of supplements," to explain why "all of a sudden he's a gigantic puncher."

He doesn't want to do that. Unless he plans on seeing his money spent on a mansion in Spain.

The case was on unsteady legs from the moment Senior was sworn in for testimony but the transcriptionist couldn't figure out what the fuck he was talking about.

He then called Roger as his first witness, and the judge threw the case out in disgust.

But Senior didn't. He reiterated it again.

Yeah... that transcriptionist would be racking up the O/T hours.

                  Senior, Roger and Pacquiao. Sheesh.
