Diaz is still really young, so there's certainly a lot of development left, but they need to take it slow with him, keep him on journeymen for a while

I've never been impressed by Isley, think he's pretty basic, but 160 is so thin he can probably make a run as a contender, Hernandez is a good opponent for him at this stage
