WBC proving once again they are the most corrupt, greedy and irrelevant sanctioning bodies in boxing.

If a woman is due to give birth to baby Billy on June the 1st, there's no need to draw a picture of a baby boy on May 15th and call it "interim Billy". I agree with Mr. Scully...

Simple. Benavidez is a PBC guy, and WBC, WBA and IBF are all in PBC's pocket. Yes, in that order.
It's not just that though, WBC has been Canelo's biggest ball garglers for a decade now. Whoricio Suliman acts like he's Canelo's promoter FFS.

Jose was just as big a corrupt whore as his son is, he was just less obvious about it. He'd do anything for Don King.

Sanctioning bodies , the Vampires of boxing. I don't pay any attention to their ****** belts. I know who the best in each weight class is. If any belt has even a tiny bit of legitimacy, it's the Ring belt.

Where do you think that junior learned to be a scumbag ? There was never anything great about the WBC , or any of these alphabet clowns. They've always been for sale.

Now instead of an eliminator they call it an interim title fight just to get sanctioning fees. The champion is still active for *** sakes…
                  Exactly.

An interim title should only be used when the real champion is injured or is going to be out of action for an extended period of time.

                  Beterbiev just fought last month.

This is an obvious attempt to get more sanctioning fees. No different than the WBA with their bullsh-t “regular” champion.

Not just that, but he's even got his next fight signed too.

                      Yep.

There is zero need to have an interim champion under those circumstances. Other than to extract more sanctioning fees, of course.
