Also, from what I’ve read, Canelo walks around in the low 180’s, as that’s over 175lbs, that would technically mean Canelo is actually in the cruiserweight bracket too.

No such thing as a weight bully. If a fighter meets the contracted or agreed upon weight, he belongs in the division. Alvarez could be accused of that by bringing up so many lighter weight fighters to to his division for fights: Matthew Hatton, Josesito Lopez, Amir Khan, Charlo..."weight bully" is a term used by fans of the lesser fighter as a built in excuse. Have never heard a fighter say it.
