So it was a temple shot that got to him then. Yeah, those are hard to recover from, they just take your equilibrium away.

I saw him get knocked down a couple of times and rocked early in his career against guys who didn't have big power and were smaller than him at 126, I thought the move up to 130 might've helped his punch resistance a bit.

Yep. Left hook that went straight through his guard. He had his right up to block but it looked as though he thought it was longer than it was. So it went straight through and cracked him right on the temple and he went down hard. Done for after that. There was no way he was going to recover.

I like his style so I hope he can recover well, beat Salgado in a rematch and then relocate to some better people. We'll see.
